INTRODUÇÃO

A redação pronta de hoje foi uma redação nota 1000 no tema da redação do Enem de 2017!

Ela foi feito pelo antigo aluno do Stoodi, o Marcos Carvalho, que hoje está fazendo medicina. Ele foi um dos 53 brasileiros que tiraram a nota máxima na redação do Enem.

Durante o período histórico conhecido como Antiguidade Clássica, mais precisamente na cidade-estado de Esparta, todos os recém-nascidos que apresentavam qualquer deficiência eram assassinados, pois, segundo a cultura espartana não estavam aptos àquela sociedade. Nesse contexto, o Brasil converge com a escola grega, promovendo a exclusão de deficientes auditivos no aspecto educacional, validando, assim, a contextualização da problemática na atual conjuntura nacional. Dessa forma, convém analisar os motivos que corroboram para a manutenção do quadro social segregacional vigente.

Deve-se analisar, em um primeiro momento, a exclusão educacional de pessoas surdas como um sufixo da ineficiência de políticas públicas inclusivas do Estado. Para Kant, filósofo alemão, o homem é aquilo que a educação faz dele. Logo, percebe-se a importância da educação como ferramenta da ascensão social, assim como maneiras de crescer. Contudo, o Brasil caminha num sentido contrário ao pensamento Kantiano, uma vez que diverge, com grande escala, do ordenamento máximo em vigor, a Constituição Federal, por dificultar o acesso à educação necessário a essa parcela social, através da inadequação das escolas públicas, cujas estruturas não englobam o casamento de Libras, por exemplo. Assim, torna-se inadmissível que necessidades especiais não façam parte das prioridades de um Estado Democrático de Direito, contrapondo-se, sobretudo a sua própria Constituição.

Outrossim, a falta de mercado profissional para os poucos deficientes auditivos que conseguem vencer a força de atrito governamental contribui decisivamente para a invisibilidade da questão. O preconceito estabelecido no setor trabalhista justifica tal processo, pois impossibilita a contratação dessa parcela social, ainda que capacitada para essa função. Dessa forma, importa-se que pessoas surdas ganhem altos postos de trabalho, ganhando, com isso, destaque e, consequentemente, influenciando positivamente nas modificações perceptivas sobre eles.

Portanto, medidas são necessárias para a resolução do impasse. Cabe ao Ministério da Educação, em parceria com os estados através de um programa inclusivo educacional, a promoção de reformas escolares com fio pedagógico explicitando aos professores de linguagem através de cursos na área de libras, possibilitando, com isso, que deficientes auditivos sintam-se compreendidos e respeitados pelo sistema governamental. Ademais, o Ministério do Trabalho poderá diminuir o arrocho tributário sobre empresas privadas que se disponibilizaram a contratar deficientes auditivos formados e capacitados para exercerem suas respectivas funções, estimulando, dessa maneira, a imersão e a possibilidade de destaque profissional, servindo de inspiração para os demais.
